Daily OM Distant Courses

It is pretty self-explanatory, I have taken a few of the courses myself and really enjoyed them. So the courses are actually through them and sent from them.
What I like is that you can take them in the flexibilty of your own time frame, no exams and no expiration date on them. And you don’t have to leave your house, you can continue on with the learning whenever you feel like it.
Most have some kind of audios with them you can listen to on line and come with a written lesson either daily or once a week that is emailed to you and you can refer back to this anytime you’d like if you get interrupted, and same with the audios.
